Spa Retreat is an appointment based business and we understand that sometimes our clients need to cancel their scheduled appointment. Please carefully read our cancellation policy before booking.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to secure your reservation with a major credit card or valid gift card. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancellation Policy is breached. When rescheduling or cancelling a reservation, we ask that you give us advance notice (please review guidelines below). Last minute cancellations or rescheduled reservations are subject to a service charge. We strictly adhere to these policies for the benefit of all our clients, and appreciate your understanding.
We consider it a “No Show” if you cancel 3 hours or less (spa packages & groups of 2 or more require a 48 hour notice)before your scheduled appointment–or even worse–if you do not show up at all.
If you no show no cancel your credit card will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you cancel with a 3 hour notice(48hrs.for couples room, groups or packages) or less you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. Our spa staff is commission based and they count on you to be there. The charges cover the time lost by the technician(s) and allow us to hopefully refill the appointment time to accommodate other clients. All Spa Packages & groups of two or more (example: couples massage) require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Spa packages and groups of two or more must be prepaid 7 days prior to your scheduled services. If you should cancel your appointment for any reason before 48 hours Spa Retreat will retain the payment and issue a gift card for a future date.
If you cancel your spa package less than 48 hours for any reason you will be charged 50% of your scheduled package. No show no cancels will be charged 100% of the package or service.
